The City of Ottawa has received Plan of Subdivision revision application to modify the draft approved subdivision (D07-16-07-0008) at 1934 Stagecoach Road. The changes include removing the park block, increasing the number of lots from 63 to 66 and revising the street layout.
The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the portion of the property from Rural Countryside (RU) to Rural General Industrial (RG) with site-specific exceptions to recognize existing land uses and development on site. The application has been made to fulfill a condition of a severance application.
The applicant is proposing a gas bar including bays for oversize vehicle refuelling, convenience store, restaurant with drive-through lane, and associated parking. The development will be serviced via private well and septic systems. Access to the site will be from Albion Road and Mitch Owens Road.

The City of Ottawa has received an application for Site Plan Control Revision application, to construct a 1 storey, 565 square meter commercial building on the south side of the property. The building will have 5 retail units. 46 parking spaces are proposed to be added. The existing 2 storey commercial building on-site is proposed to remain. Site number 1 for the Village Centre project.

The proposed plan of subdivision comprises phase 2 of a draft approved subdivision (Lakeland Meadows Phase I). Lakeland Meadows Phase I is made up of 34 residential lots averaging 0.3 hectares in lot size, and serviced through private on-site water (well) and wastewater (septic). Phase II differs from Phase I in that the servicing is proposed to be provided through an existing communal water and wastewater system within the adjacent subdivision lands to the immediate south (Shadow Ridge).
