Redevelopment of the site for mixed uses within three towers , ranging in height from 34 storeys to 40 storeys, consisting of residential, commercial and office uses, along with preservation of the Standard Bread Building and 526 underground parking spaces. This revision is related to Phase 1 (Tower A), 402 residential units are now being proposed.
The City of Ottawa has received an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a 38-storey mixed-use building. The proposal includes approximately 465 dwelling units and four levels of underground parking, containing approximately 322 parking spaces. A Privately-Owned-Public Space is also proposed.
The existing detached dwelling on the property is proposed to be demolished. Two residential units are contained within the detached dwelling. A metal sided detached garage at the rear of the property is proposed to be demolished as well.
The City of Ottawa has received Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control applications to construct a 40-storey high-rise and a six-storey mid-rise building with a combined 429 dwelling units, four units of ground-floor commercial, 207 vehicular parking spaces, and 472 bicycle parking spaces.
The proposed development includes a 28-storey mixed-use condominium tower with a total height of 86 metres. The development proposes 271 residential units, including seven ground-oriented attached dwellings, and 567 square metres of ground-oriented commercial space. Commercial entrances are proposed to front onto Somerset Street West, while the main residential entrance is proposed along Breezehill Avenue North. Five levels of underground parking, containing 244 parking spaces, are proposed to be accessed from the laneway along the western edge of the property.
A Site Plan Control application to construct a 12-storey mixed-use building, with 252 residential units and approximately 790 square metres of retail space at-grade. A total of 141 underground parking spaces will be provided.
