The City of Ottawa has received Plan of Subdivision revision application to modify the draft approved subdivision (D07-16-07-0008) at 1934 Stagecoach Road. The changes include removing the park block, increasing the number of lots from 63 to 66 and revising the street layout.

The proposed plan of subdivision comprises phase 2 of a draft approved subdivision (Lakeland Meadows Phase I). Phase II differs from Phase I in that the servicing is proposed to be provided through an existing communal water and wastewater system within the adjacent subdivision lands to the immediate south (Shadow Ridge).
