Draft plan of subdivision application to develop 7 new rural residential lots, each with a minimum of 0.4 hectares, as well as an extension to Lombardy Drive South for access and the creation of a multi-use pathway connection to the Osgoode Link Pathway.
The City of Ottawa has initiated an Official Plan Amendment application to amend Policy 14.1 in Volume 2C - Area-Specific Policies of the Official Plan to reflect the intent of Council to permit a residential care facility and clarify addresses to reflect lot creation which has occurred in accordance with this policy.
