The City of Ottawa has initiated an Official Plan Amendment application to amend Policy 14.1 in Volume 2C - Area-Specific Policies of the Official Plan to reflect the intent of Council to permit a residential care facility and clarify addresses to reflect lot creation which has occurred in accordance with this policy.
