The proposal involves the demolition of all existing structures on site and the development of one (1) high-rise residential tower of 24 storeys with a four (4) storey podium. The proposed development also includes a multi-use path along the north side of the property, connecting through to the NCC lands to the west, as well as at-grade landscaped amenity area and a turning / drop-off loop.

All of these residences are within 300 metres from the property development.
