Phase 2 of a multi-phase development site. Building B and associated above-grade parkade totaling 366,931 sq.ft (34,089 sq.m). Building height proposed at 32 storeys, which will include 445 rental residential units and 10,534 sq.ft (979 sq.m) of above-grade parking. 169 parking spaces will be located underground and in the above-grade parking structure. 234 bike parking stalls will be provided.
The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-Law Amendment application to permit an increase in building height of 62 meters to construct a 20-storey, high-rise building with a total of 203 residential units. The site plan includes an additional two floors of belowgrade parking with 57 residential and 19 visitor parking spaces.

Establish a four (4)-building complex including one 8-storey mixed building fronting onto Montreal Road, one 16-storey building located internal to the site, a 37-storey building fronting onto the Vanier Parkway, and a 28-storey building fronting onto the Vanier Parkway. Phase 1 will incorporate the establishment of the 8-storey Mixed-Use Building fronting onto Montreal Road (Building A) and the 37-storey apartment building fronting onto the Vanier Parkway (Tower B1).
