A Site Plan Control application to demolish the existing buildings on site and construct a six-storey building with 5,780 square metres GFA and 21 parking spaces and 25 bicycle spaces, consisting of ground floor retail-commercial and five floors containing 44 residential units.

Redevelopment of the site will remove the existing townhouse units and establish a new residential use on the site. The proposal includes a four storey low-rise 92-unit rental apartment building, with surface parking for eight vehicles and underground parking for 30 vehicles. A site plan application is being submitted concurrently. An RVCA permit application will also be submitted concurrently to raise the grades on the site and permit development within an area of reduced flood risk.
