A Site Plan Control application to construct a four-storey residential apartment that consists of 35 rental units, ranging from two to four-bedroom units. There is a total of 24 parking space provided in an underground parking level and 20 bicycle parking spaces provided in the rear lot.
The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application for the redevelopment of an existing gas station to include a new convenience store and the relocation of gas pumps and fuel tank. A total of 17 parking spaces and 14 bicycle parking spaces is being proposed.
