The proposed building will have a 28-storey tower abutting Carling Avenue and an 8-storey tower at the rear portion of the property. The proposed buildings would be arranged with a common 2-storey podium. 323 residential units will be provided. Access will be provided off Carling Avenue to underground parking. 223 parking spaces and 323 bicycle parking spaces are proposed. A Major Zoning By-law Amendment is required to facilitate the proposed development on the Subject Property.
