To install four (4) relocatable pre-fabricated classroom modular units (detached from the existing school) located at an existing Public Education school site (EPSB - LaPerle School) NOTE: removal of the existing modular classroom units is NOT included in the scope of this application and requires separate permits.
To construct Exterior Alteration and Interior Alteration ( Fire Restoration) to an existing Condominium building -- "Erindale Condominium." Complete reconstruction of 4th floor. Main, 2nd and 3rd floor interior to be restored completely.
