Summary of citizen complaint: The journey from car to the sidewalk is through the parking lot is long and unsafe and access into building is not easily accessible. Entry door is heavy and difficult to open and barrier path of travel, sidewalk and building access may be non conforming. No permits on file for interior alterations to shell building or tenant fit up for Galaxy Medical Clinic.
