The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit the construction of 19- and 25-storey mixed-use towers, and 4-storey low-rise apartment building. The development has a total of 456 residential units and 438 m2 of commercial space at grade.
DCR Phoenix is proposing to develop the subject site as a Planned Unit Development consisting of two three-storey apartment buildings and five stacked-townhouse dwellings and a standalone accessory building. The two apartment buildings will contain 48 units and the five stacked-townhouses will contain 56 units.
