Through consultation with city planning and heritage staff, the original portion of the existing semi would be retained and the existing southern semi's front fascade would be rebuilt as per heritage consideration. The propsal would make application for Site Plan Contorl, Zoning By-law Amendment and the Built Heritage Sub-Committee.
