The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control application to develop a 9-storey apartment building containing 34 dwelling units. No vehicular parking spaces and 34 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
4 storey apartment building with 25 units, no parking, and an elevator, in addition to 2 semi-detached units in the existing northern heritage building. Through consultation with city planning and heritage staff, the original portion of the existing semi would be retained and the existing southern semi's front fascade would be rebuilt as per heritage consideration. The propsal would make application for Site Plan Contorl, Zoning By-law Amendment and the Built Heritage Sub-Committee.
