The City of Ottawa has received Plan of Subdivision revision application to modify the draft approved subdivision (D07-16-07-0008) at 1934 Stagecoach Road. The changes include removing the park block, increasing the number of lots from 63 to 66 and revising the street layout.

Phase II differs from Phase I in that the servicing is proposed to be provided through an existing communal water and wastewater system within the adjacent subdivision lands to the immediate south (Shadow Ridge).
