The proposed development consists of a 26-storey mixed-use building along Bronson Avenue and extending west to Cambridge Street South, stepping down to four (4) storeys adjacent to the low-rise neighbourhood. A total of 328 units are proposed within the building which is to be constructed in two phases.
The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application to facilitate the construction of a 19-storey high-rise residential building with 229 units, three visitor at-grade parking spaces and 99 vehicular and 242 bicycle parking spaces located in two underground garage levels.
A Site Plan Control application to construct a 16-storey mixed-use building with 160 residential apartment units and 313 square metres of at-grade commercial space. 8 at-grade- and 70 underground parking spaces and 163 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
