The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application to construct a new planned unit development consisting of 268 residential units within 13 three-and-a-half-storey stacked dwelling blocks.
The City of Ottawa received a Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment application to develop a residential subdivision, consisting of 3 medium density blocks, 32 townhouse blocks, 8 back-to-back townhouse blocks, 1 public park block, and 1 pedestrian walkway block.
