The City of Ottawa has initiated a Zoning By-law Amendment application to facilitate the construction of a new residential development consisting of up to nine (9) residential use buildings with a maximum total of 282 units. The proposal also includes a surface parking lot as well as an expansion to the St. Ambroise Park.
It is proposed to develop a four-storey apartment building on the subject site. The proposed building will contain a total of 41 units, with five studio units, 26 one-bedroom units, eight two-bedroom units, and two three-bedroom units.
