The proposed development is a two-storey low-rise institutional building that will be used as a place of worship. Phase 1 will be constructed first and will provide 182 parking spaces. Phase 2 contemplates the demolition of a portion of the parking lot to construct an addition to the building, as well as a total of 432 parking spaces. Phase 2 is only a concept at this stage and is only intended as a rough idea of what may eventually be constructed.
