The applicant proposes to develop a new four-storey apartment building with 46 units at the corner of Silver Street and Summerville Avenue (1058, 1062, and 1066 Silver Street). The three existing lowrise apartment buildings on Summerville Avenue will remain and in total, the planned unit development (PUD) will consist of 96 units across four separate low-rise apartment buildings and 35 surface parking spaces.
