The City of Ottawa has received an Official Plan Amendment application to expand the City's Urban Boundary by including 4497A and 4497B O'Keefe Court. The expansion would allow for the future development of an urban subdivision with approximately 1500 residential units.
A new urban subdivision is proposed that would result in 1493 new residential units and approximately 3657 square metres of commercial space. The proposed subdivision will also include new parks, streets, and will conserve existing environmental areas. The proposed development is intended to be serviced on full municipal services.
