This proposal contemplates a Zoning By-law Amendment which would facilitate the removal of the existing building on site and the establishment of three (3), 3.5-storey low-rise residential apartment buildings with 8 units each.
The City of Ottawa has received Plan of Subdivision, Official Plan Amendment, and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit a multi-phase redevelopment with four high-rise buildings, with heights ranging from 25 to 40 storeys, arranged around a City public park. A new public street and new private streets are proposed.

The proposed development would comprise a sixteen-storey building with a two-storey mixed use podium containg retail and commercial uses at grade level fronting on Bank St. A mix of office and residential uses are proposed on the second level. Residential uses are located on levels three to sixteen.
