The development is a six-storey mixed-use building with 304 residential dwelling units as well as approximately 1,562ml of retail, cafe restaurant and public gym uses along Kanata Avenue and a future public lane to the immediate east of the site. A total of 397 parking spaces provided at-grade and in two levels of underground parking. An easement will be established over the future public lane for vehicular access to the site. The development also incorporates a privately-owned public space {POPS} proposed between the building and future public lane.
