The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to reduce the total required amenity area of 1,776.0 m² by removing the previously proposed rooftop amenity area of 633.06 m², resulting in a new total of 1,316.3 m² of amenity area, 459.7 m² below the total required by the zoning by-law.
Two proposed mid-rise residential use buildings containing a total of 260 units and with a shared two-storey underground parking structure.
The proposed development is a six (6) storey mixed-use residential building with retail at grade. The proposed development features 58 dwelling units and 347.4m2 of retail GFA. The development also features 29 vehicular parking spaces in an underground parking garage and 62 bicycle parking spaces.
The City of Ottawa has received Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control applications to permit a six-storey apartment building containing 52 residential units. A threestorey underground parking garage is proposed to contain 54 vehicle parking spaces and 56 bicycle parking spaces.
